Since 2017, with the opening of Tunateca in Barcelona, we have accompanied Balfegó Grup in various milestones related to its positioning as the international benchmark for bluefin tuna. Tunateca was the first gastronomic space in the world dedicated exclusively to this product, with an offer that combines education, innovation and quality cuisine.
Over the years, we have worked together to communicate campaigns, actions and events related to Balfegó’s commitment to sustainability, traceability and gastronomic excellence.
In 2025, a new phase will begin with the inauguration of the new facilities in L’Ametlla de Mar, a centre designed to integrate research, technology and knowledge around the bluefin tuna cycle.
