grup gsr was chosen to put together the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 15th anniversary event in Barcelona. For a day’s celebration, five of the list’s top chefs were brought together: Ferran Adrià, René Redzepi, Joan Roca, Massimo Bottura and Daniel Humm. Each shared his particular vision of the future of gastronomy in a special edition of the #50BestTalks.

This forum was followed by an exclusive gala at the restaurant Bravo 24 (W Barcelona Hotel) hosted by Ferran Adrià. At this historic event, former elBulli Barcelona-based chefs prepared a “contemporary world of tapas experience”. Albert Adrià (Tickets*, 25th on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, Pakta*, Hoja Santa*, Bodega 1900, Niño Viejo, Enigma), Rafa Zafra (Estimar), Albert Raurich (dos palillos*, dos pebrots), Toni Romero (Suculent), Carles Abellán (Bravo), Eugeni de Diego (elBulliLab), José Andrés (Thinkfood Group), Eduard Xatruch, Oriol Castro, Mateu Casañas (Disfrutar*, 55th on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, Compartir), Rafa Morales (Grup Iglesias), Marc Singla (La Mar Salada) and Jordi Roca (Celler de Can Roca***, third on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list). Christian Escribà surprised guests with his sweets and Manel Vehí and Marc Alvarez did their thing with cocktails.
