Presentation dinners with new ingredients and dishes, ephemeral sessions where Nomo’s most iconic dishes will return for one evening only, wine tasting with renowned sommeliers who will pair special wines with Naoyuki Haginoya’s preparations; a visit to local producers Nomo have been working with from the very first day; open-air sports in Barcelona to promote its sustainable stance; a design contest for the group’s new accessories; employee incentives and prizes; and a big open party to celebrate complicity and trust with their clients over the years.
