grup gsr’s collaboration with the Lanzarote Council’s Art, Culture and Tourism Centres is based on a clear premise: to position gastronomy as a central element of the tourist offer, in line with the cultural and landscape identity of the region.
With this objective in mind, the Gastronomy Consultancy and Advisory Project has designed a long-term strategic plan for gastronomy development, with a roadmap that includes diagnostic, training, support and monitoring actions, always with a personalised and results-oriented approach. This work involves defining a culinary offer that is in harmony with the landscape, culture and local products, as well as activating synergies between the different players in the ecosystem: producers, chefs, institutional managers and the tourism sector.
