San Sebastian Gastronomika is a major international haute cuisine congress. In 2025 will celebrate its 27th edition. Its stage has hosted the biggest names in today’s cuisine. Since 2009, grup gsr has been in charge with the event’s entire design and manages, alongside Diario Vasco, the programming of professional speakers, live cooking demonstrations, a variety of dining room and wine activities, consumer activities and exhibition space sales. It also coordinates the event’s national and international PR.
