Seven days of haute cuisine and cooking duos, that’s what Valencia Culinary Meeting is about. The city’s chefs got together to prepare locally-sourced, regional produce while showcasing local and universal gastronomy and the global value of good food. Through this project, Valencia’s chefs sought to advocate for the city’s cuisine and share it with the world. With the backing of the association Valencia Premium and Turismo Valencia, the event offered a series of public talks by local chefs and their guests in Mercado de Colón (“Columbus market”). grup gsr was chosen to handle the event’s communication: brand creation, digital strategy, press conference and workshops, selection of international guest chefs, content creation, media management and interviews.
