elBulli1846 is the first restaurant in the world to be transformed into a museum. A unique space created and designed to safeguard the legacy of elBulli, promote innovation and generate quality content for education and self-learning in the field of gastronomic restoration. From the legendary Cala Montjoi, elBulli1846 will open its doors in 2023 in a space of almost 4,000 square metres, offering a journey of more than two hours that encourages reflection on gastronomy and innovation, pays tribute to all Bullinians, explains the history of elBulli as a company and presents all the projects of the elBulli Foundation, including Bullipedia and elBulliDNA.
