grup gsr was founded in 1994 by Roser Torras with the aim of transforming gastronomy, oenology, hotels and catering into unique, high-quality experiences. Since its inception, the company has established itself as a benchmark in the organisation and promotion of gastronomic events, both nationally and internationally. In more than 30 years, we have created some of the most emblematic events in the sector, such as San Sebastián Gastronomika, Tast a la Rambla or The Horeca Hub, among others.
Our passion for gastronomy has led us to become part of a community of chefs, restaurants, brands and institutions that share our commitment to excellence and innovation. Over the years, we have created memorable experiences and worked closely with some of the most prominent figures in the national and international gastronomy scene.
In 2018, grup gsr took an important step by becoming part of the gastronomy division of the Vocento Group, with whom we share a common vision on the importance of gastronomy and communication. A valuable opportunity to continue to grow, strengthen our capabilities and offer a more complete service to our clients, while maintaining our essence and commitment to quality, which has characterised us from the beginning.
In the spring of 2024, Roser Torras decided to step down and leave the management of grup gsr, passing the baton to her close collaborator, Jordi Parra, who has taken the helm with the same passion, dedication and energy to continue offering innovative, personalised and high-impact gastronomy.
And today, with over 30 years of experience, we remain a benchmark in the world of gastronomic events, always looking to the future and creating experiences that connect gastronomy with people.
