I love being in this special city, which I am passionate about and enjoy so much,\u201d says chef Dani Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The restaurant&#8217;s menu is a unique take on the classic steakhouse<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Le\u00f1a concept revolves around fire and grilling, with meat and its various preparation methods taking centre stage. The menu features a display case with seven different cuts of meat, as well as dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world, including Lebanon, Italy, Mexico, Japan and Austria. Grilled vegetables and iconic desserts such as Tarta di Rose with toasted butter ice cream further enhance the versatile and nuanced menu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Le\u00f1a experience is immersive: aromas, flavours and spectacle unfold at the table in full view, with unique details such as the diner choosing their own knife.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Popular dishes include the burger with bull\u00ae sauce, pretzel bread and havarti cheese, wood-fired babaganoush, steak tartare with foie gras, yakipinchos and smoked beef pretzel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The menu also pays tribute to Catalan cuisine with dishes such as roast chicken cannelloni, a personal take on surf and turf featuring tuna belly and grilled marrow, and croquettes of butifarra sausage served with grilled tomato on bread. It is a declaration of respect for a region that the chef has admired for over twenty-five years. &#8216;I like that feeling of being close to where we are and taking into account its produce and recipes,&#8217; says Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le\u00f1a is a space that burns<\/strong><br \/>\nLe\u00f1a is more than just a restaurant; it is a visual and sensory experience. The interior design evokes the world of fire in all its phases, with stone and wood dominating the space in a nod to primitive times. The open kitchen incorporates elements such as flames, smoke and charcoal to create striking visuals that enhance the dining experience.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The colour palette draws inspiration from wood and fire, with contrasting lights that recreate the glow of embers. Amber-toned glass dividers create the effect of &#8216;almost burning&#8217; elements, establishing a sophisticated atmosphere with a nocturnal air.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Following in the footsteps of Le\u00f1a Marbella, which was recognised by the Restaurant &amp; Bar Design Awards in 2021 as the most beautiful restaurant in the world, Le\u00f1a Barcelona offers a unique dining experience.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>An expanding group<\/strong><br \/>\nThe opening of Le\u00f1a in Barcelona is its fourth after Marbella (2020), Madrid (2021) and Dubai (2023).
