M\u2019encanta ser en aquesta ciutat tan especial, que m\u2019apassiona i m\u2019agrada tant\u201d<\/em>, afirma el xef <strong>Dani Garc\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La proposta gastron\u00f2mica: un steakhouse amb identitat pr\u00f2pia<\/strong><br \/>\nEl concepte de <strong>Le\u00f1a<\/strong> gira entorn del foc i la brasa, on la carn i els seus diferents modes de preparaci\u00f3 en s\u00f3n els protagonistes. Una vitrina amb set talls diferents, plats d\u2019inspiraci\u00f3 internacional amb influ\u00e8ncies del L\u00edban, It\u00e0lia, M\u00e8xic, Jap\u00f3 i \u00c0ustria, verdures a la graella i dol\u00e7os ic\u00f2nics com la Tarta di Rose amb gelat de mantega torrada, conformen una carta vers\u00e0til i plena de matisos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019experi\u00e8ncia a Le\u00f1a \u00e9s immersiva: aromes, sabors i espectacle es despleguen a la taula i a la vista, amb detalls singulars com l\u2019elecci\u00f3 del ganivet per part del comensal.<br \/>\nEntre els hits de la proposta destaquen la Burger que li va donar sentit a tot \u2014amb salsa bull\u00ae, pa pretzel i formatge havarty\u2014, el Babaganoush a la llenya, l\u2019Steak tartar amb foie, els Yakipinchos o el Pretzel de vedella fumada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La carta tamb\u00e9 ret homenatge a la cuina catalana amb plats com els canelons de pollastre rostit, una visi\u00f3 personal del Mar i Muntanya amb ventresca de tonyina i moll de l\u2019os a la brasa, croquetes de botifarra de perol i pa amb tom\u00e0quet al foc. Una declaraci\u00f3 de respecte cap a un territori que el xef admira des de fa m\u00e9s de vint-i-cinc anys: <em>\u201cM\u2019agrada aquesta sensaci\u00f3 de sentir-nos a prop del lloc on som i tenir en compte el seu producte i el seu receptari\u201d<\/em>, assenyala Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un espai que crema<\/strong><br \/>\nLe\u00f1a no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s un restaurant: \u00e9s una experi\u00e8ncia visual i sensorial. L\u2019interiorisme evoca el m\u00f3n del foc en totes les seves fases, amb pedra i fusta com a materials dominants que remeten a all\u00f2 primitiu. La cuina oberta integra elements com les flames, el fum i el carb\u00f3, generant moments visuals que reforcen l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia gastron\u00f2mica.<br \/>\nLa paleta crom\u00e0tica s\u2019inspira en la fusta i el foc, amb contrastos de llum que recreen la resplendor de la brasa. Separadors de vidre en tons ambre aporten un efecte d\u2019elements \u201cgaireb\u00e9 cremant\u201d, creant una atmosfera sofisticada amb aire nocturn.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le\u00f1a Barcelona<\/strong> segueix l\u2019estela de <strong>Le\u00f1a Marbella<\/strong>, reconegut l\u2019any 2021 pels <em>Restaurant &amp; Bar Design Awards<\/em> com el restaurant m\u00e9s bonic del m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un grup en expansi\u00f3<\/strong><br \/>\nL\u2019arribada de <strong>Le\u00f1a<\/strong> a Barcelona suposa la quarta obertura d\u2019aquest concepte despr\u00e9s de Marbella (2020), Madrid (2021) i Dubai (2023).
