The next 22, 23 and 24 March will be held in the incomparable setting of Alimentaria, the second fair of food worldwide, the fourth edition of the international congress of haute cuisine BCNVanguardia.

Since its inception in 2004, the conference has matured a lot, adapting to new times and charges are needed in the crowded field of gastronomy congress. For this reason, 2010 will be a year of inmportant developments in BCNVanguardia, a year where the revolution will be installed on the steps of the Fira de Barcelona, a year that will remain in the eye of the attendees as the edition of the transition to the format of the future.

After becoming the industry leader with the organization of congresses as important as BCNVanguardia (Barcelona), Andalucía Sabor (Sevilla), Mesa Tendencias (Sao Paulo), World's of Flavour (California) and San Sebastian Gastronomika (San Sebastián); grup gsr - produccions de gastronomia has collected the best of their experience to design "Experiments", the fourth edition of gastronomic congress in Barcelona.
