BCN Vanguardia. Barcelona's first international conference. Created by Grup GSR in 2004, the BCNVanguardia event is a centre point of the Alimentaria food fair.
Barcelona's first international conference. Created by Grup GSR in 2004, the BCNVanguardia event is a centre point of the Alimentaria food fair, the largest in Europe by volume and a worldwide point of reference. Based on a creative and contemporary philosophy and with the most famous national and international chefs presenting their cuisines, the conference gathered 681 participants, debates, competitions and tastings, 150,000 visitors (Alimentaria) and 139 journalists from around the world in its first edition 2004. The second edition took place in 2006 with an overall increase of 30%. Grup GRS is responsible for creating, designing, managing and coordinating the event.
