Recaredo make regional wines reminiscent of the Alt Penedès landscapes in the most truthful and faithful way. Their exclusively vintage Brut Nature cavas are characterised by long aging periods. Their sparkling wines are elegant and subtle. Turó d’en Mota, their first Grand Cru cava in Spain, was presented at a tasting session and dinner organised by grup gsr at the restaurant Moo in Barcelona. The event was attended by big industry names such as Ramon Freixa, Xavier Franco, Quim Vila, Toni Falgueras, Isidre Gironès, Pere Monge, Agustí Peris, Manel Pla and Albert Raurich, who sampled the wine under the guidance of Roger Viusà (Moo’s sommelier) with a menu created especially by Felip Llufriu and wine pairing by Josep Roca and Roger Viusà.
